Education has always been a cornerstone of TexasBank’s commitment to the communities we serve.
Through the James and Dorothy Doss Foundation, more than $1.8 million in scholarships has been awarded to students across Texas over the past decade. Today, that legacy continues through the Doss Legacy Scholarship, supporting students in select partner high schools, colleges, and universities throughout our footprint.
This scholarship program is not open for public application. Recipients are thoughtfully selected by each participating school or institution, based on criteria they establish. TexasBank and the Doss Foundation do not participate in the selection process, ensuring each school maintains full ownership in recognizing its students.
Awards are designed to make a meaningful impact—providing financial support to students pursuing higher education, whether through technical programs, junior colleges, or universities.
As TexasBank continues to grow, so does our investment in the next generation. We are proud to support the students, families, and educators who shape the future of the communities we call home.
