What I like most about my community...
Growing up in a small town you would often run into people you went to school with, worked with, went to church with. It makes the world feel a little bit smaller and brings people together. I think that is part of what puts the community in community banking. While I lived in a small town I have spent the vast majority of my banking career working in the greater Fort Worth area. While Fort Worth is not small, it still has a small feel to it and it is still a lot about relationships and not just what something costs.
