TexasBank Announces Leadership Changes to Expand Community Impact Across Central Texas

July 2026 – Fort Worth, Texas

TexasBank is pleased to announce two leadership appointments that reflect the bank's continued investment in people, relationships, and the communities it proudly serves throughout Central Texas.

Kelsey Goates has been promoted to Vice President, Financial Literacy and Community Outreach Manager, a newly expanded role dedicated to helping individuals, families, businesses, and communities build greater financial confidence through education and meaningful partnerships.

Previously serving as Market Manager, Goates will now lead TexasBank's enterprise financial literacy strategy while expanding the bank's community outreach efforts throughout Texas. In her new role, she will develop and oversee financial education initiatives, strengthen partnerships with schools, Junior Achievement, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and community groups, and continue growing MoneyMinute, TexasBank's monthly financial education series. Her work will help advance TexasBank's mission of equipping individuals, families, and businesses with the knowledge and resources to build stronger financial futures.

"One of my favorite parts of banking has always been helping people understand their finances and seeing the confidence that comes with it," said Goates. "I'm excited to lead TexasBank's financial literacy efforts while expanding our community outreach across Central Texas. Whether we're partnering with schools, serving local organizations, or sharing practical financial tips through MoneyMinute, I believe financial education creates opportunities that can change lives for generations."

As Goates expands her leadership responsibilities, Davin Riebock has been named Market Manager for the Erath County area, leading TexasBank's retail banking teams across Stephenville, Dublin, Eastland, and Comanche.

Riebock brings more than a decade of banking leadership experience spanning retail banking, lending, operations, and relationship management. Most recently serving as Assistant Vice President and Relationship Banker, he has built a reputation for earning customers' trust, investing in local communities, and developing high-performing teams. In his new role, he will lead retail operations across the Erath County market while continuing to strengthen the relationships that have long defined TexasBank's approach to community banking.

L.V. Coffee, Central Texas President, said the appointments demonstrate TexasBank's belief that investing in exceptional people creates stronger communities.

"Kelsey and Davin each bring unique strengths that will have a lasting impact on Central Texas," Coffee said. "Kelsey's passion for financial education perfectly reflects our commitment to helping people build brighter financial futures, while Davin's leadership, banking experience, and heart for serving others make him an outstanding fit to lead our Erath County markets. Together, they'll strengthen relationships, empower our communities, and continue delivering the personal banking experience our customers know and trust."

Through these leadership appointments, TexasBank continues investing in the people who make communities stronger—expanding financial education, strengthening local leadership, and helping more Texans turn goals into progress, one relationship at a time.
