TexasBank announced several executive leadership appointments designed to support the bank’s continued growth while strengthening its mission to serve customers, empower employees, and invest in the communities it calls home. The appointments reflect TexasBank’s long-standing commitment to authentic relationships, trusted partnerships, and values-driven community banking across Texas.
The appointments include Bill Wade as Chief Operating Officer, Leslie Lewis as Chief Experience Officer, and Matt Duncan adding the role of Chief Risk Officer while continuing to serve as Chief Credit Officer.
Bill Wade Named Chief Operating Officer
Bill Wade joins TexasBank as Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive executive leadership experience in banking operations, technology, strategic planning, project management, process improvement, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, Wade has led organizations through significant growth by aligning teams, disciplined execution, and sophisticated solutions that improve performance, strengthen infrastructure, and position organizations for long-term success.
As Chief Operating Officer, Wade will oversee the bank's Information Technology and Business Process Improvement (BPI) teams while partnering with senior leadership to advance enterprise projects, strengthen operational performance, and develop scalable solutions that help TexasBank serve customers and communities with greater consistency, insight, and excellence.

Leslie Lewis Named Chief Experience Officer
Leslie Lewis has been appointed Chief Experience Officer, formalizing a leadership role she has already been instrumental in shaping across the organization. Lewis has focused on building a culture of shared success by aligning people, processes, and priorities around TexasBank’s mission, vision, and values. Her leadership has strengthened the connection between employee engagement, operational excellence, customer trust, and community impact while supporting the bank’s continued growth with authenticity and purpose.
In her role as Chief Experience Officer, Lewis will continue overseeing Deposit Operations, Retail Banking, Human Resources, Marketing, Training, and Internal Communications. She will remain focused on creating meaningful experiences that make customers feel known, valued, and confident while strengthening the culture, communication, and shared accountability that help employees succeed and communities thrive.

Matt Duncan Appointed Chief Risk Officer
In addition to his responsibilities as Chief Credit Officer, Matt Duncan has been appointed Chief Risk Officer following action by the TexasBank Board of Directors.
In this expanded leadership role, Duncan will oversee Credit, Loan Operations, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Information Security. His responsibilities will help ensure TexasBank continues growing responsibly while protecting the trust customers have placed in the bank for generations.
