With more than 20 years of experience in mortgage lending and five years in the title business, Herrera brings deep expertise and a proven record of helping families achieve the dream of homeownership.
Originally from California, Herrera has proudly called El Paso home for many years. She has built strong relationships within the real estate community and is known for her commitment to guiding first-time homebuyers and seasoned homeowners alike through every step of the mortgage process.

Throughout her career, Herrera has originated a wide range of loans—including Conventional, FHA, and VA products—ensuring clients find the right program to fit their needs. She has served as a trusted loan officer with institutions such as Waterstone Mortgage and GECU, and earlier in her career she supported smooth real estate transactions as an escrow assistant with Texas Title Company.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Herrera is committed to making the mortgage process accessible and stress-free for all members of the community. She takes the time to sit down with clients, review their financial picture, and walk them through their options so that they can confidently move forward with one of life’s most important decisions.
