Q: Will my existing automatic mortgage payment to TexasBank still be processed?
A: Yes! If your payment was scheduled before Thursday, April 18, it will process as normal. 

Q: How do I pay my mortgage on April 22nd?
A: When you login to the TexasBank Digital Banking platform, you can set up an automatic payment for your mortgage.  If you already have your automatic payment set up, please do not duplicate it.  It has been transferred. 

Q: Will I see my automatic payment for my TexasBank mortgage on the new system?
A: No.  All automatic payments for TexasBank mortgage accounts will not be seen in the digital banking system.  However, if the account holder wants to verify that the automatic payment was successful he/she can view the transaction in the transaction history.

Q: How do I pay my TexasBank mortgage?
A: If you have a TexasBank checking or savings account:
  1. Login to Online Banking or mobile app.
  2. Go to Transfers from the menu.
  3. Click “Make a transfer.”
  4. In the “From” account, click and select the account to pay the mortgage with.
  5. In the “To” account, click and select the mortgage to pay.
    1. If a payment is due, the payment amount will show for the user and autofill. User can edit if necessary.
  6. Review details and click “Submit.”

If you do not have an internal account to use to pay your TexasBank mortgage:

  1. Login to website or mobile app.
  2. Go to Transfers from the menu.
  3. Click “+ External account.”
  4. Type in your password.
  5. Fill out the external account details.
    1. Account Name – Nickname the account.
    2. Routing number
    3. Account number
    4. Select account type – Only Checking or Savings allowed.
  6. Review details and click “Submit.”
    1. This forces the system to send 2 small micro deposits to the external account.
  7. Once the external account has received the micro deposits (Normally 1-3 business days), login to the website or mobile app.
  8. Go to Transfers from the menu.
  9. Click on “External accounts.”
  10. Click on the external account you added previously.
  11. Type in the 2 micro deposit amounts.
  12. Click “Confirm.”
  13. Go to Transfers from the menu.
  14. Click “Make a transfer.”
  15. In the “From” account, click and select the account to pay your mortgage with.
  16. In the “To” account, click and select the loan to pay.
    1. If a payment is due, the payment amount will show for the user and autofill. User can edit if necessary.
  17. Review details and click “Submit.”

Q: Will I still make my mortgage payments via Pay My Mortgage (eStatus Connect) portal?
 
A: No, Pay My Mortgage (eStatus Connect) portal will no longer be available.  To make an online mortgage payment after the upgrade, you will login to Digital Banking located at the top right-hand corner of the TexasBank website.

Q: I think I just downloaded the new TexasBank app.  It says mortgage in the middle of the icon.  Is this the right one?  
A: No.  The new app does NOT have mortgage in the icon.  

Q: How do I login to the new digital banking to pay my mortgage payment with TexasBank?  
A: Starting Monday, April 22nd, you can login with your existing user name and the last 4 digits of your tax id number (SSN/ITIN/EIN).

Q: Will I receive my mortgage statement on the same day it usually comes?
A: No. Your statements will be delayed a couple of weeks. Please download your statements in the eStatus portal for your records. 

Q:  If I enrolled in eStatements in the old Pay My Mortgage system for my mortgage account, do I need to enroll in the new system? 
A:  Yes.  You will need to enroll in eStatements in the new system.
