    Once your account is successfully opened, follow these steps to add a joint owner:

    1. Check your email:
      You’ll receive a welcome email from TexasBank confirming your new account.

    2. Click “Add More Services”:
      Inside the welcome email, locate and click the “Add More Services” button or link.

    3. Select “Add Joint Owner”:
      You’ll be directed to a menu of available services. Choose “Add Joint Owner.”

    4. Enter joint owner details:
      Provide the full name and email address of the person you wish to add.

    5. They’ll receive an invitation:
      An email will be sent to your selected joint owner with instructions to complete their portion of the application.

    6. Application review:
      Once the joint owner completes the form, our team will process and confirm their addition within 1–2 business days.
